An impressionistic interpretation of nature photography is my specialty and love. In my photo painting galleries you will see images of all kinds of wildlife, landscapes and seascapes. My photos range from eagles to wolves, from cougars to pelicans, from rough windy seas off Maui to a foggy Alaskan harbor. With each of my photos, I have interpreted them with the magic of computer editing to find the essence of the image and its connection to the heart and soul.

My goal is to always evoke an emotional connection to nature through my impressionistic images. It’s not about trying to duplicate exactly what I see when I take a photograph but instead trying to see beyond the obvious reality by revealing the unnoticed nuances of the subject and the emotions they evoke in us.
