The striking red sails contrasting with the bluish green seas was my inspiration for this "photo painting" of a small sailboat taken off the shores of Maui, Hawaii.. I love sailboats because of the way they seem to magically use nature’s power to move. You feel like you are flowing with the sea when you’re on a sailboat, with nothing but the sound of the wind and the waves to keep you company. Sailboats are great places to take time to think about life and what’s important. Here’s an old English Prayer called “Take Time” that sums that up for me:
“Take time to work, it is the price of success.
Take time to think, it is the source of power.
Take time to play, it is the secret of perpetual youth.
Take time to read, it is the fountain of wisdom.
Take time to be friendly, it is the road to happiness.

Acrylic prints feature stunning quality inkjet prints face-mounted to acrylic with polished edges. This approach draws attention to your images with high-impact design. The acrylic print is then attached to a DiBond Backing system, which takes black styrene and sandwiches it between two thin aluminum sheets, giving the print added protection and weight. This approach has been tested and used by fine print artists and galleries for decades!
Included with the order is a cleat hanger, which floats the image 3/4” from the wall.

Images are printed on Fujiflex silver halide photographic paper with up to 610dpi resolution, for high-precision clarity that’s as close to “perfect” as print gets. The print is mounted to aluminum for a sleek profile, and a flawless presentation.
