I took this picture in early spring before the trees had gotten their leaves. This eagle had been perched high in an oak tree for quite some time when all of a sudden it seemed to become a bit more focused. It was as if he knew he was about to spring into action. And then in a split second he took off. You could see in his eyes that he was on a mission to accomplish some important task. Coming from a family of Air Force veterans it reminded me of the days when as a young boy I dreamed of flying a B29 into an important mission for my country with the same determination as this eagle had to complete his task!

Images are printed on Fujiflex silver halide photographic paper with up to 610dpi resolution, for high-precision clarity that’s as close to “perfect” as print gets. The print is mounted to aluminum for a sleek profile, and a flawless presentation.
